yes you can test it in control panel
if you have the logitech profiler installed, then go to device => game controllers
there you will see any logitech controller installed
double click on the G25...you will get properties of the G25......if everything is installed correctly, then just press a button of the G25, then the steering wheel should start to move.....if it moves, then it does have the ffb installed correctly and/or properly working
