Ordered.
 I could not select Hungary as a country, so i selected Germany as the closest, and wrote Hungary in the address line 2, also wrote them this in e-mail, hope i will get the sim and this will not be a trouble.

Okeee, getting a bit difficult to get it... besides the mail to clarify the right shipping adress which i wrote as a reply to my order confirmation i got today another e-mail from Bill Zimmermann, that there is a problem to identify the right shipping adress. Now i replied back to him with the same information as i wrote in my previous mail, hope it will sort it out. Ordering would be much easier if not only that few country would be available to select as it is now...
at least they are taking care for their customers which i like, so hopefully i will recieve this sim.

I don´t understand why it is so complicated to send packages away. I would feel beeing left out, if my country would´nt be listed while ordering. I understand ARCA/NASCAR & Co. are american sports in its roots back to 1950ies so their main market is of course the USA and also Canada. I mean they (TSF) get the money and all information from the billing incl. the shipping address. But it´s very good that Mr. Zimmerman aka Bill aka Zippy is there to help whenever need which I personally appreciate a lot. He´s a very nice guy I believe. Talked to him many times and never felt lost with, more sympathic like beeing talking to an old friend

It is getting stranger and stranger, just now i recieved a second notification e-mail about shipping adress problem, like if Bill is not recieveing my e-mail...? I already wrote initially to them by replying to the mail from the order confirmation, then i replied the same for the first notification that they dont know which adress to ship the product, now i replied again the same with my shipping adress to this 2nd notification.... I dont know what is happening.....
Anybody has idea how to contact them about the right shipping adress? I dont know now if they cant ship at all to Hungary, or just dont know where to ship....? Just keep on getting request to clarify the right adress, however i did this now in e-mail for the 3rd time already... and all this is because Hungary was not listed in the automatical selection option at the ordering....?

well, contact succesful, conversation not really, they cant ship it to me, they will refund it.
Honestly i did not feel very well during it, almost like if i was the guilty to override the country....? refund refund, ok, then refund my payment.... I was at a point where go the .... and forget about that game.... Luckily friend like always come to help me, and order it from a country where it is possible.
