Race start sound fix

In Arca\Gamedata\sounds\Secondary\ there is a wav file which is called racestart.wav. This file does nothing and you won't hear any alarm if the race starts.

Download here:

http://autospeak.com/grpsndc/gmenstar.wav

Place it in the folder mentioned above and backup the old racestart.wav.

Rename the gmenstar.wav to racestart.wav and it should work.

This is the alarm which was used in N2003.
