I know lots of guys from europe who have bought this sim. You can practically get it mailed anywhere in the world.

USA -> UK = normally no problem
USA -> (western) Europe = very risky + the possibility that we have to pay extra taxes (and maybe also import)
UK -> (western) Europe = normally no problems

Even I had to pay import duty here in the UK, Some of my mates didnt so it cost me £12.50 more... Still im not complaining, it was worth the £££

I do beleve they sorted out the import duty thing here for new customers now tho.
