Pritty cool. Small tip on lightning (Photoshop) goto filter render clouds, then filter render differance clouds, hit Ctrl + I to invert the image and then hit Ctrl + L for levels bring the middle slider on the levels all the way to the right. Add a new layer and select a color change the layer to color . Wham bam really cool lightning.

And thanks for the tip, i did most of what you suggest apart from the adding a new layer bit, I just played with the Hue and Saturation levels.

Im a total noob with photoshop I just google stuff and see what happens .
