Default Cutting busstop

so many doit, watched them doit.
half of top 10times ( altleast ) are done but cutting bus stop.
many of you were in server with me yesterday, funny how i lead
you by 1 second to busstop and lose 1-2 seconds in 2 breakings
( bus stop and final corner ).
or am i that bad driver or is ther cutting going on.
also wahtched whilton do that under 2.20 time. he went straight through
the busstop and didnt even try to stay on track.

but ill finish this to good stuff too: some drivers did their runs very cleanly,
cheers for you all. too bad most of you arent in top 10 cause of it.

I thought the hotlaps were only saved from race sessions and not qualifying

hotlaps are always saved in training, time attack, practice, qualifying & race sessions
or better yet...any time you go on the track

this will be looked into further.
if people don't keep within the rules....then time penalties will be put

after each session, there is a replay of time spent in the server and turn the fastest.
I have nothing Regulated but I will see if there is an option in the game ..

If my replay is there, sure, I will post it for you. I did try and stay on the track, but you can enter the busstop very quickly without touching the grass!! and still keeping 2 wheels on track. But if you were gonna slag me off, you could of had the decency to of 'pm'd' me, and not on the open forum!!

As for the last race....well I saw someone (even after warnings in quali) cut the last chicane EVERY LAP!! Nothing said..........

Nah, time to get involved: everybody cool down please.

Tones of the postings like where this thread leads is not going to be tolerated.

On the first place we expect from everybody to drive and race fair, if it is not going to happen we will interfere.

my game is in french, but in the section "replay" (french its "ralenti"), you can find options for safeguarding your best lap ...

A tip, No hotlap is saved when you go to next session, only if you leave the qual session your qual hotlap is saved.

After reading this I must admit in the Bus Stop it is very hard to carry speed through and bouncing over curbs is very unsettling on the car, I messed Bus Stop up on my 1min20.1xx and got alot of nasty curb on exit, I will post the replay and if it is deemed to be cutting then i will redo my time.

I would not like to be where I am with cutting, but i will let admin decide if it is ok, I feel at least 2 wheels were on track but am at work at the moment so dont know for sure.

Please let me know the verdict as I would hate to have cheated my laptime...

there is no such option, you can set it to record race laps or training laps or both in your plr file but nothing to record qualifying laps.

I would be interested to see if you guys think this line through the busstop is a cut or not

only shows u how to switch on replays and they are only set to record from race and private testday but not qualify, you will see this in your plr file but no mention of qualifying in mine so i am interested to see if anyone has qualifying in this section of their plr file.

Record Replays="1" // whether to record replays or not
Record Hotlaps="1" // whether to record hotlaps or not (must have replay recording on)
Instant Replay Length="90"
Replay Fidelity="3"
Super Player Replay="1" // record player at higher frequency
Replays Dated="1" // Replays have date in filename
Private Test Day="1"
Race Session="0"

you leave at one time or another even when the session ?????? ;)

i think wel... So your replay is always saved (if you have activated the option!)

and the same if you redownload the track...

it looks like simbin ( the makers of this sim) doesn't agree with you there m8, the blue line that you see here, is the racing line the GTR2 recomneds. for this acivate the racing line I think on the timetrial and you will see this.
