Better still Bram, here is the FFB Guide and tutorial.
It is excellent and explains what each parameter does and how to adjust it to get what you want. It works for optomizing GTL, GTR2, and Race 07.

Hi all. Great forum, I'm brand new here. Found it looking for setups for the G25 for GTL. Using the G25 in RBR is just great, then I returned to GTL for some driving and found the car to be terrible in comparison to RBR - I'd like to get a similar feeling from RBR into GTL.
Tell me, how does one put these settings posted above, into place ? |

What this did do was create a constant tiny vibration when the wheel was centred - will have to find which value will decrease that motor sensitivity. What I found testing at Cadwell Park in the Lotus Cortina - is that I did not better my best time, but I am able to keep a constant level of speed (within 0.2) over many laps. There is definitely more control than what I had mine set too. I was finding the car would get away and completely spin in situations that were realistically impossible. So I thank you for this. My Escort times did however come down as I found I didn't need to correct and drive on the edge as much. Cadwell Park times are now as follows for these two cars. 1:38.010 - Cortina 1:32.212 - Escort (can work to get this better still - by about 0.7) Thanks ! Yes, but the difference between 360 and 350 isn't really noticeable. It's just a matter of setting your in-game steering lock to a value that you find comfortable and controllable. I vary the steering lock quite a bit depending on which car I am driving.
