Probably the best place to get Tracks is No Grip:
NoGrip :: Home But if you do a search, you will find othere sites. Installing is very easy, and most files come with a readme. Normally the zip (or RAR) will contain a folder with the track name, just unzip it to a temporary location and copy the track folder to your GTL Locations folder, usually something like C:\GTL\GameData\Locations.
