well, cool! I just read the interview in which simbin says night racing is so difficult to implement bla bla.. Just add headlights and we're ready to go!

They did a great job of implementing it in GTR2, the game is great at night and is a few years old now.

When I copy the track, and rename it for example Zandvoort Night it doesn't show up in the track menu. Also I tried Valencia Street Circuit from No Grip and changed the gdb files and nothing happened when loaded.

I did tried with Valencia Street Circuit and it works fine. I did copied the Valencia Street Circuit Folder and renamed him to Valencia Night. Ten i have renamed all Valencia_Street Files to Valencia_Night. Valencia Night track shows now in the Addons menu

What we really need is for someone to list the tracks with an overall venue name i.e. Monza and have submenus for the different layouts, and for each layout have the option to adjust the session times (or keep them as track default), so thereby dynamically altering the GDB files just before track loading, then when u exit the track, setting them back to default again.That cud be added to the multiplayer settings/rules as well so leagues can use them (Dnt worry i race as well lol)

Valencia now works for me, obviously needed a computer restart.
Also, I extracted Zandvoort from the gcf, but it doesn't show in game menu. Any ideas?

A good lighted track I have been racing with GTR2 was Kyalami.
Maybe the only one made it possible to race at night with F3000.
Is the Race version provided with night lights too??

in my opinion this is the only thing EVO is missing!!! I really hope someone makes some working headlights soon!!

Apparently someone said they modded it into F12k2 with a headlight GMT... so maybe it is possible... somehow?

Hi

There is an further way to driving at morning, evening or night.

Just open your plr and go to "Race Conditions" and change the "0" to "1"
