This is a great little tool, almost a must for any skinner.

iColorPicker:

iColorPicker helps you pick and save color from any part of screen.
1. Pick color you need anywhere on the screen.
2. Zoom in onto your screen and select a specific pixel's color.
3. Change the color code into the format you need.
4. Copy the color value to the clipboard just by button click.
5. All kinds of color code: RGB/HSL/Decimal/Hex/Html/Delphi/VB/C/C++, etc.
6. Save picked color for future use.
7. It's very helpful for you to program or design.
