Flag Problem

hi guys i work atm on a flag pack for the nationGP and have a big problem

that round one is the orginal .tga it has a white background but ingame the
background is transparent

the 2nd one is my it has the same white background but it stays white ingame what i do wrong ??

any sugestions how to fix it the .psd is (RGB/8) with no background
and the only way to get it showed in game is to safe it as
32bit/pixel tga format. so the transparency should stay or i am wrong ??

Saving it as a TGA is the way to go. But you must have an Alpha channel within the TGA. Rember in the alpha white is visable black is not.
