It's just because 1 person has the full file now... All his (allowed) bandwith is used on all of us. If you stop it now (not everyone off course) and resume later on, it is at 700KB/s (here it is now ) But then you just are faster to the amount of everyone

Then we can get it from there pc's as well

And i even say that if you start downloading it know, you get best connection to Xguard, so then he is seeding stuff he allready had. !!!
