I'm not really sure as I haven't tried it, but I guess you'd have to create a new .gdb file or edit an existing one to your liking in the GameData folder.

Shall we not discuss the WTCC mod here please? Unless you mean the E90 mod ofcourse. All other conversions are not allowed since there is no permission given by the original authors.

It is possible to race any group of cars together. You can create a gdb file (using others as a template, it's pretty straight forward) with the classes of the cars you want and then select in game. The classes can be ones created by you or you can use the ones already in the game. As long as the class in the gdb is the same as in the car file then you're mostly fine, just be careful with lots of similar classes. If you want the class "GT1" for example it will include "GT1xxx" i.e. GTR2 will include everything that starts with GT1.
I downloaded Race Manager from http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=9297 and you can create classes for large amounts of cars very easily. It saves you trawling through every car file. Hope that's of some help. |
