i just did about 10 first laps. 59,3 and i think i found a setup i like.
(did couple laps with Greger huttu setup, since i dont have reflexes of a fly, i didnt quite like it, but this seems stable and possibly very fast)

God Damn Skippy & LRP. This has to be the worlds worst combination. I don't mind LRP in the Solstice, but after 15 laps in the skippy the rear will not follow the front anymore and I spin at every turn.

8 Incident Points in my last race due to spins, I gave up after that.

I havent raced at LRP yet just been practicing to get lap times down to under 1min. But what i need is practice with passing and racing close to others.

Anyone fancy practicing? if we get 3 or 4 it could be a good way to get race practice without the SR hit.

@Simon try Gregers setup with the rear arb set to 6 rather than 8, its what im using and can run pretty consistent mid 59 second laps in practice

I'm around this afternoon..
I've had the ARB at both 6, 8 & 1 and I still crash and burn, fine for 10-15 laps then spin city

edit: I'll setup an RD room at the members site Pass: racedepartment.com

When I sign up for practice sessions, I enter into the latest session available at the time. Fifteen minutes later there are usually a few additional drivers who see me signed up, so some people join in if there's not an actual race. Gives you a few extra laps of solo practice but you can always test other stuff as well...That blinking timer display is useful to remind you of your intentions when you become distracted with all the other motorsports genres on iRacing.
