How to make a movie from Race Replay?

Hi guys....
I saw many cool videos from our wtcc championship....

I want to make a video too but I don't know how...

how can I convert the file replay in divx...
Am I need to capture the monitor or whatelse?!?!?

u can use FRAPS to record the video (click here)

and windows movie maker for editing the movie
