Hi!
Does your movie play from start to finish in movie maker or does it stop same place everytime. If it stops same place remove that clip because it might be corrupted. Check this site for help-->PapaJohn - Movie Maker 2 - Problem Solving Or it could be the size thing so edit it smaller to see if it helps. peace Jari

Maybe the cache is to small, i mean your internal memory, the video will load into the memory and cache if your cache is too small i think it says not enough space. I never used this program it's just a guess.
Also try this: You can help solve some computer problems and improve the performance of your computer by making sure that your hard disk has no errors. 1. Open Computer by clicking the Start button 2. Right-click the hard disk drive that you want to check, and then click Properties. 3. Click the Tools tab, and then, under Error-checking, click Check Now. To automatically repair problems with files and folders that the scan detects, select Automatically fix file system errors. Otherwise, the disk check will simply report problems but not fix them. To perform a thorough disk check, select Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors. This scan attempts to find and repair physical errors on the hard disk itself, and it can take much longer to complete. To check for both file errors and physical errors, select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors. 4. Click Start. Depending upon the size of your hard disk, this may take several minutes. For best results, don't use your computer for any other tasks while it's checking for errors. NoteIf you select Automatically fix file system errors for a disk that is in use (for example, the partition that contains Windows), you'll be prompted to reschedule the disk check for the next time you restart your computer.

Can you make a screenshot of the message and post it here.
If you see the message, press ALT PrtSc then it is in the memory, open paint and paste it as a picture, save it in jpg, not BMP and post it on here.

If you can export/publish smaller movies then cut your movie to 2-3 smaller clips. Rejoin those clips with video joiner software or download 30-day trial version of Adobe Premiere/Sony Vegas and use those to rejoin your movie. That way you dont lose any special effects and you save some time.
Does your movie play from start to finish in Movie Maker ?. peace Jari
