MY PC IS WORKIIIIIIING!

It is working now with the same hardwares and drivers, the only trick was the order to install the drivers for it.
Usually every normal human being is starting the installation with the CD for the Motherboard, with Chipset drivers etc.

Now it seems, for this nasty little PC the solution was to first install the Video card and the Sound card driver (but from the vid card just that was good which they gave from Gainward on the CD, the Nvidia ones from the net are not ok), and THEN install the Chipset drivers etc all stuff for the motherboard....

Bit wierd, but who cares, it is working now!

So, from next week on (maybe not Monday, fresh windows install, needs to get my usual stuff on it), i will be back, and kick your ass in Caterham, GTR 2, rFactor, Toca 2 (ok maybe this not ), so just name the game!

p.s.: ...ehm... maybe i will ned some help to install the Caterhams, as i read there are some issues with it, i will shout if i cant solve it alone....
oh, Caterhams, finally i am coming!!!!

Great news indeed Neo. Look forward to watching you out the front again. Stig needs you badly in the Mini's, but at least he left you a challenge, which I'm sure you will relish.

GET IN THERE NEO!

I solved my restarting problem by doing a hard drive format and re-installing my graphics card drivers.

Is this in car view or bonnet view. Bonnet view gives a lot more fps.

Seems like a heat or power problem Rami, try to open your case and run it again and see if it helps. What power supply you use?

Marcel, as Rami is saying that when he reboots his PC everything is fine again, I don't suspect it's a power/heat. I suspect it's a software problem, or maybe a graphics card.

OR Rami must be meaning that when he reboots the PC, Windows is running fine again.

When you reboot the heat is gone very fast, i notice when i play my gpu is arround 65C and when i close the game in a few seconds it is 45C.

So Rami, when you race the mini's next week, open your case and if you have a fan place it headed into the case and blow blow blow, i did that before with my old system, i used a 5 euro fan and my pc stayed cool as ice.

hhmmm
normally the 8800GT can go up to 90 degrees.....so that may be no problem...
but i have to ask
did you have the original layout/fan on the 8800GT (1 slot graphics card layout)
if so chances are that you need to setup the speed fan to run higher.....as (what i've been reading on the int forums) the fan keeps running @ default 30% speed, even when you are running higher temps
