depending which is the maker of your card
if it is asus....then i know you can set the speedfan in the asus smartdoctor

if other maker......then (i read some time ago on int forums) that you can set (multiple) speed fan with Riva tuner (for multiple speedfan you need to make a multi profile of speed fans)

i'm not sure what to do to get the system above v12
i think (Marcel can confirm....so prefer to wait for the hardware doctor's answer ) you need a new better powersupply

Yes the powersupply needs to be changed i think the 12V is way to low to get a stable system. Look for Corsair, Antec or other good brands, i advise Corsair.

3d card is manlin 8800gt and you can adjust fanspeen nvid panel so no problem there!

no i don't think speedfan shows it wrong
but maybe because the GT fan speed is set automatic, that's why in speedfan is set 100%.....so you think it's 100 % but it's not

try to regulate it via Rivatuner.....you will see the difference
maybe you can even try to homebrew ghetto pimp style your stock cooler as shown here

Jep, I but fanpeed 60% and card temp was 60-65 normally 80-90 so its help!

Better go to the shop where you bought it and exchange it under warranty, try to get another brand like i suggested.

speedfan is not trustworthy**but 1 of my 2g ram memory was proken or giving errors....
now i have new ram and two days of playing no problem knok knok
btw speedfan shows my ould pc 1,5v (new 3dmark06 points 11508)
