I've had it too long time ago !!!
I wanted to clean my pc, but I was so dumb to blow in it, so all the dust just shattered around. When I booted again, It wouldn't start up anymore. So basicly what I've done to fix it, is to clean the contacts again (I used my blowing method for that ).

Regarding graphics card cleaning: Sometimes all sorts of dust and crap can accumulate underneath the graphics card's heatspreader, I had such a case a couple of years ago on a pair of 6800GTs. How difficult it is to remove depends on the card, but it's a fairly simple job - a few blasts of compressed air should do the trick after that, although keep an eye out for any TIM issues as well while you're there, that may be the culprit of the original temperature issues. Check all fans are functioning properly by giving them a spin with your finger too, I had an old 9600XT grind to a halt - the bearings in the fan had gone; it was wedged solid in place.
As for USB devices, check you haven't whacked a header of place when cleaning, it might be something as simple as that. If you manage to fix the monitor/GPU issue, try to plug a keyboard in via PS/2 to investigate within Windows. Your motherboard would erupt into some impromptu CMOS electro if there was a major problem there. If you get the opportunity to sit your PC on a desk instead of on the floor, I highly recommend it. I barely have to clean my PC at all, hardly anything gets into it. Whenever I open another PC in the house which is situated at floor level, a small cloud ekes it's way out
