Quick chat buttons

i guys, can someone please help me, i know we can set quick chat keys, i know how to assign them but i don't know how to set which keys say what, exemple quick chat key " s " for sorry. can anyone help me please

You have to be connected to online game. Then in menu go to-->options->quickchat presets.

... or you can also edit them directly in your .PLR file ... look for lines beginning with "Quick Chat #" under [Chat] section ...

(Tip: always backup your .PLR file before editing, and make sure the game is not running when you do it else your changes will not be saved)

Personally i use a voice commander software.

Advantages: you haven't to type a key when you are playing.

Inconveniences: If you said an other thing than what you parametrized, the software can make anything.
