You need to download and install the utorrent or bittorrent software.

Then all you need is the file that Bram posted - open it and it will start downloading.

Just in the setup of the torrent program, you need to select a target area for the files that you download to end up i.e. you "My Documents" folder or something like that

normaly the applic. appears u what port should be open example 55xxx
