Issue: Subforum- and Thread-Icons

Hello,
I got the problem that the subforum- and thread-icons stay on the version that displays that there are new posts within even though I just opened it.

I have to open the subforum or thread a second time so it recognizes that I already read the particular new post.

Is this a known issue or is it something with my browser settings?

Its most likely your browser loading the page from an older cookie. Try Ctrl+F5 (Or Ctrl and click Refresh) which should sort it.

Thank you for the reply, but this doesn't sort it and if it would - wouldn't there be a solution to force the browser to refresh it?

But I guess it's on my side as you don't seem to have this problem..

I have this problem sometimes myself so it could be an issue with the forum being slow to refresh itself. Best thing to do is PM on of the Admins and draw their attention to this.

The vB forum has so much options to set those cookies... Still havent found the best one yet. Hopefully with the next forum upgrade (soon ) this will be history
