Default Forum upgraded to 3.7.1

You might think what has happened to RD?! Nothing to worry about. We upgraded the forum today to the latest vBulletin version 3.7.1

This will bring a load of new features to improve your forum joy here at RaceDepartment.com

But for the time being you have to live with a sort of default style untill our forumstyle expert Yves kicks in with a rocking new style that fits RD-qualities!

So hang in tight and enjoy the new updates that are coming soon.....


Additional installs:
  • Autoimageresizer
  • Donation system
  • Who visited the forum

New profiles are probably the biggest feature I'd guess.

Haven't looked at the release notes for it yet though.

Finally to 3.7.1? Hehehe. I`m there for a couple of days now. I hope the update went smoothly and without problems? 3.7.1 is really great. Lots of new features with Social Groups, Blogs and whatever

I wish I would be so good in Style creation. I need a style for my vB too. Hopefully someone can help me out ;)

Oh man the new red menu bars are so bright it burns my retina.. it's gonna slow me down on the track =P

Yes I hope for blue too.... Not as light as last time, but more one of the shades we used in the RD logo.

PS. the upgrade went very smooth. No issues at all. Tho it was a bit of a strange (auto) upgrade. We were on vB 3.6.8.
Had to upgrade to 3.7.0 beta 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. RC1, 2 3.7.0, 3.7.1.
Practically clicking Next 20+ times.

That´s normal with vBulletin. They go incremental and thus hardcore :brancard:
