Custom skin help

I've just made a custom skin for my radical sr4 and when i go on the game it comes up in white and red, nothing like the skin i made. why is this?

Can you copy and paste a picture onto a skin?

Some picture would be helpful in the process of helping you. But here goes.

Yes you can copy paste images on to layers within the skin. Big things to rember is flatten the image before converting to dds.

and dont forget to make a copy of your .psd befor you use flatten image to keep a layered .psd (i forgot it once)
for the not showing skin can you post a ingame pic how it looks and the .ini you use
did you save the .dds with the right setup like for the body DXT1 ?
