Wakuwaku, is there any chance that you can send me the setup file as the download is no longer available

My steering wheel (not a logitech wheel) has decided to stop working for me (this is the second one now that has broken!), so I've ordered a G25 as a replacement

I would be very happy for some help with the setup - cheers,

Siggsy

Nice, but i feel it to be a bit pricey, doesnt it....? 140 USD... almost half of the original wheel price...

Yep, but i read on RSC that they manufacture it by hand from topclass material, so that explains why

it's very cool, but just not affordable, the wheel itself was already expensive.
and I live in europe, so it's dangerous to let it arrive by post, imagine it getting crushed in planes...

It's found in the Logitech Profiler (under Windows - not in RACE). You should have an icon on your desktop, bottom menu bar.
If you want to set it differently for different games (I do) then here's how:

Make sure you set up a profile for RACE first. Then select it.
Click Edit and Specific Game Settings.
Make sure you have ticked Use Special Steering Wheel Settings.
Adjust Degrees of Rotation.

Hope this is clear enough. If not, let me know and I'll try some screenshots.

I usually set g25 with 200° but increase it to 270° with GT Legends and till 300° with RD2.

You can set it in the game in the car setup, it is on the last overall page at the bottom around, it is the degree how much your front wheel of the car is going to turn at full steering wheel rotation.

I use either 270 or 540 (w/ max steering lock) for Race depending on whether I'm intending to use cockpit view, with the exception of the Caterhams in which case I turn the in-game wheel off and use 792 degrees with 32-38 degrees lock (real world values). For everything else, I use 540-620 as 'standard', occasionally 720 or 900 depending on what I'm driving.

I wrote a lengthy post about steering lock in Race on RSC, here.

Jamie, in RACE, do you disable visible steering wheel?

well, now I turn off the in-game steering wheel and drive with 540° with 23 steer lock for the bmw. is this the most realistic setting?

I mostly use bonnet view so it makes no difference to me really. I use in-car with the Caterhams though, and having the wheel not line up *really* annoys me so I turn it off.

Yeah, it seems to be roughly correct.
