2 Important Windows Patches XP and Vista

Microsoft has released two new Windows patches which I recommend installing: one to improve reliability in Windows XP, and one for resolving Stop errors when waking from Sleep mode in Windows Vista.

Marcel, will these come through with the automatic windows updates?

Are they both Visat patches or are they suited for my "old" XP as well?

Normally yes, but not all people use Windows update, like me, i actually hate it.

The first one, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en is only for XP so, i will install this one toninght when i get home.

The second one is Vista only.

This update patch will only work on english based operating system.

My OS is using norwegian as language and the patch did not work.
