Set it to the native resolution for your monitor. Should solve the blurring

I've already been working on some tracks and skins (no quality stuff though), but I have a problem.

I can't find the files on my harddrive... Where does it store custommade tracks and skins?

your tracks should be in a folder namend "Trackmania" in your local files. There is a subfolder named "Tracks", where the tracks should be. Well, at least for me.

It's in your "My Documents" folder Yoeri. There's a folder in there called Trackmania which contains the tracks.
