Did we run that clean that there were no incedents in any of the groups to report?

If I got it right there were a few people who didn't file an absence report and wasn't allowed to participate in the Valencia pre-quali? But there are 3 of them in the timing list anyway. Any last minute change? Since 2 of them seems to qualify for group 1 it would be nice to know if they will remain in the qualification.

The times for the ones DQ-d from the Valencia round due to not reported absence will be removed from the final grid standing.

Default Update re Non-Prequalifiers Event Sunday

Please Note:

As a result of the small number of drivers in this event for Round 1, we had 4 half full servers. So we have decided to change for Round 2 at Valencia.

We will be opening two servers only, and entries will be on a first come first served basis. So anyone who has logged a pre-qualy time, but does not make the top 100 event, can just join one of the two available servers on Sunday night.
Based on Round 1 attendance, most people who want to race should be able to join.

Many thanks Hansi, these kind words are really appreciated. But, we must not forget there are more people behind the scenes involved in the organization of this league and other RaceDepartment stuff :-)
Thanks all!

Also thanks from me to those who commented positively. This can be a thankless and unpopular task at times so we all appreciate the support.

BTW, we have one other Race Director to thank.

Christopher Aponte :bike:

He has worked very hard helping us out with the WTCC in addition to his GTV League duties.

Maybe its better to write the incidents results with the names of the drivers in the forums, because not all of the drivers will download the file and read it, how would they know then if they did something wrong, they might contineu driving careless and other stuff.

Just my 2 cents

The file is 270 kb, takes approx 1.5 sec to open it, and you do not even need to download it, just click open... nothing less in time then click on a thread to open... and looks much more professional.

It is posted on the forum, just lilke a new thread, so everybody can be just as aware of it as if it is posted as a forum text.
Who does not even bother to read it, well... he/she will not read it on the forum as well.

YipYip!!

I will happily raise a glass to this toast, since the day i stumbled into this huge club setup ive been made to feel instantly welcome and also had the very best dragged out my racing performances.
I am also very gratefull for all that behind the scenes work that makes it all possible, especially someone like me who is more from the "Baseball Bat School Of Diplomacy",seeing how you guys deal with some tricky issues with a calm proffesionalism is impressive, and also reassuring, all be thankfull it isnt people like me behind the scenes, who would much rather jump on a plane with afore mentioned baseball bat and sort out the problem at your doorstep :ambulance: :circuitzolder:.

Keep Up The Great Work All RD Team!

Loool Gary. If the diplomatic approach doesn't work, then we will hire you and your baseball bat to make this League a success. :brancard:

EDIT: Oops! Atti and I did it again.
