I had thought to put all of the templates up in rar, but for some reason the forum didn't like me in that respect,

The following are either Zip or Rar, but are complete according to the release of the Rev2 window templates.

(Edit: I suspect that until I reach a minimum number of posts I am not allowed to upload the max size listed in the attachment manager for rar files.)

Is there a deadline yet defined for uploading custom skins for RSC WTCC participants ?

Good question Marc. We are currently discussing to release the format of the league here at RPM but ofcourse it would be better to do it at RSC, once it is up again...

UPDATE:
Oh, thats timing - just noticed that provisional Format & Schedule is out:

Custom skins must be uploaded to (?) before Saturday the 22nd of March 24.00. This
is the absolute deadline. Skins that come in after will not be put in the skinpack.

Do teammates have to share the same skin or are drivers allowed to use a private one ?
[Though that doesn't make real sense for me it may happen that teammates absolutely can't agree to one design]

I would hope you can have separate skins for each driver as is common in real racing. This way we still get a diverse crowd of cars even if both drivers from the team make the same server,
